SOLD. "Soapbox Derby Race Team" is a mixed media/needle felted sculpture by artist Tracy Laasch. The sculpture features the tortoise and the hare who have finally teamed up to win a race together using a soapbox derby car that athey built from a vintage mailbox, a vinatge metal roller skate and an antique wooden spool steering wheel. as usual the sneaky rabbit has placed himself at the front of the car so he can cross the finish line first. This sculpture has been finished off with a butterfly, and a Tracy Laasch Designs signature tag.
